  • Published articles in the Fair Lady magazine for 10 km and 21 km running programmes
  • Coached several multi-stage long distance trail runners, including Ryan Sandes (http://www.ryansandes.com) "the ultra marathon long distance runner extrodinaire", who has won the 2009 4Deserts Sahara and Gobi races, came second in the Namibia race; 2009 winner of the Jungle marathon & 2010 winner of 4Deserts Chile & the overall series winner in Antartica.
  • Coached runners for the Berlin and Rome marathons (& many more!)
  • Coached male & female athletes for the Cape Epic mountain bike stage race

  • Coached several athletes for the half and full Ironman triathlons in South Africa, Brazil,  Switzerland & Western Australia.
